This page contains a list of available training courses and services offered by the South District Training Academy. All courses are in compliance with the Skills Training Course for Security Guards (B&P Code 7583.6) unless otherwise noted. Each training course consists of a specific training curriculum that includes learning domains and modules to equip our public safety and security professionals with the highest level of training available in the industry. There are NO hidden costs in our courses. This page is divided into categories so you can easily find what type of training you are looking for. Students must submit licensing fees to the State of California after completion of courses that require licensing fees. Backgrounds can be processed at our office. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the entire process.
Again, THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES! We disclose ALL fees up front. Other training facilities may not tell you that there may be licensing fees or background fees. AT THE VERY LEAST YOU ONLY NEED TO PAY FOR THE COURSE FEE TO ATTEND THE COURSE. However, some licensing requires background and state fees. Compare us to other facilities and see if they disclose their fees.
